The Beefmaster bulls that were the building blocks of our herd.
Samson – DLBJW 1401 – C1053888
We bought Samson in August 2015 as our commercial herd sire after getting away from black angus. He was the first Beefmaster we ever bought. We were so happy with his gentle, good natured disposition and calving ease. He was one of our favorite bulls, hands down. We sold him in August 2017 to buy our next bull, Thomas.

Samson’s bloodlines include: CHRK GENESIS 1500T, MR COFFEE, 5502 BLACK MAGNUM, CHRK MISS REBA, BLACK BAYOU and more great ones.
Thomas – DBL JW 1452 – C1054999
We bought Thomas after Samson as our next commercial herd sire. We were incredibly happy with Samson and the breeder he came from, John and Judy Waddle, we purchased another. We have had Thomas for 4 years now and have gotten quite a few calves for him. Thomas has been a great bull for us, he has an amazing temperament that he passes on to his offspring.
Thomas had an actual birthweight of 73, adjusted 73, actual weaning weight of 542 and adjusted weaning weight 633. His calves’ weaning weights averaged at 559 from ages 5 to 8 months old.
